On the first day, take one liter of milk and then increase this by 250 ml daily up to two to two and a half liters a day. Fresh un-boiled milk is the best and you should sip it very slowly. You should then gradually move to a well balanced diet that includes seeds, nuts and grains, vegetables and fruits, with prominence being given to raw organically grown foods.
